I'm a product of several cultures.

Born in Tennessee to a Mexican mother and a Venezuelan father. I grew up traveling between these two countries when I was a kid. The experience of having two families with different cultures helped me understand that we are all the same, just people trying to survive on this planet.

Returned to the US at the age of 21. The cultural shock had a huge impact on me creating a feeling of fear and insecurity. Painting was always a way to escape, relax, and recharge from day by day.

Because I don't have formal training as a painter I like to consider myself a naive artist.

My lack of training makes my painting process a constant discovery. I paint to visualize my feelings.

I seek to create art born from nostalgia, memories and experiences.
